Obituary for Daniel M. Evans Jr.
Daniel M. Evans Jr. of Summer St., Westerly, passed away unexpectedly at RI Hospital on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the age of 51.
Born in Westerly, he was the beloved son of Daniel M Evans Sr. and Carmela M Evans who pre-deceased him on April 10, 2020.
Danny was a graduate of Stonington High School, class of 87’ where he excelled in football. He was an avid sports fan and could be found cheering for his Dallas Cowboys faithfully. Danny loved to share his passion for fishing with his father and found peace spending time on the water.
In addition to his father, Danny leaves behind his daughter Emma K Evans of Westerly; two sisters, Danette M Capalbo and Rosemary B Evans (Frank Kunc). Danny was predeceased by his brother Troy M Evans. He also leaves behind two nephews, Payton and Nathan Kunc.
